Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same, re-sellable condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The postage cost for the return will need to be covered by yourself (please keep the proof of postage until your return has been processed).
If you have bought an ‘off the shelf’ Chimney Sheep®- we appreciate that chimneys are hard to measure, but if you are not sure the Sheep is going to fit please wrap it in a plastic covering first so it doesn’t get all sooty (take the plastic off once you know it fits).

If your order has been returned to us by the carrier due to incorrect delivery details, your order will be automatically refunded, minus the postage costs, as per the refunds policy below.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us on info@chimneysheep.co.uk immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as our bespoke Chimney Sheep®), and personal care goods (such as our sunscreen). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
A note on bespoke Chimney Sheep®: we do not accept returns unless it is due to an error in the sizing on our part. However, we want you to be happy with your Chimney Sheep® so if it doesn’t fit let us know and we will see if an exchange can be arranged.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for a refund and make a separate purchase for the replacement item. You will receive your new item much quicker!
Please ensure you keep your proof of postage of your return item until the refund has been processed.
Refunds
All refunds will be made in full, minus the cost of the original shipping charges when the item(s) was purchased.
We aim to process all returns within 10 business days of the package arriving at our warehouse.
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll inspect your return, and if approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
