As many of you might know, we are rather passionate about trees and have our own Buy Land Plant Trees project! So, we wanted to share the tree love and encourage you to plant your own trees with these Alder Tree Bombs.
Did you know that we currently need to plant 1 trillion trees to stop climate change? Scary right? Once upon a time most of the landscape would have been covered in trees. However, over time these have been removed due to industry, agriculture and increased demand for housing. We set up BLPT in 2019 as a ‘boots on the ground’ tree planting initiative. The company is run by us and the tree planting is done by us. We do it to help you and us to reduce our impact on the planet. The trees we plant reduce CO2 output as well as contribute to the reduction of flooding and the creation of habitats for wildlife.
BLPT isn’t a tick box exercise nor a distant and detached carbon offset company. In fact, this is as much part of our business as the products we sell and is an integral part of our ethos. We are big believers in the phrase ‘think globally, act locally’ and want to make a genuine difference

This a great idea, I've just been given some tree bombs as a Christmas present with some wine as well, from one of the children in the nursery where I work, I am going to give one to my sister in law, my friend and where going to throw/plant them in memory of our mums and my sister. They will be thrown /planted in different places such the lake district, Liverpool + Heswall . who ever came up with idea needs a medal or a bottle of champagne. J.k
