These plant pots are our small contribution to making the loop actually close.

Why recycled plastic for plant pots?

Plastic, used well, is actually a pretty good material for pots. It's lightweight, it doesn't dry out as fast as terracotta, and it lasts for years. The problem has always been what happens at the end of its life. These pots are made to be used for a long time — and when they eventually reach the end of the road, they can go back into the recycling stream again. That's the circular economy in action: materials staying in use, not ending up in landfill.
